Unlike many other online companies that reply with generic e-mail responses, each and every e-mail received by www.KuChaTea.com is answered by an actual person. In addition, we strive to answer every e-mail within a 24-hour period. Sometimes this is not always possible but we do answer all e-mails as soon as possible and in the shortest time possible. We have kind, caring customer service representatives that genuinely care about you and your order. We will do everything we can to create a highly satisfying experience for you.

Billing and Payment

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Sales Tax

Only shipments to Colorado are subject to sales tax.

Shipping Policy

Once an order has been placed, an automated confirmation email that includes the details of the order will be provided. The delivery period for an order is determined by our processing time (time between ordering the product to the time that the product leaves our warehouse) and the selected shipping method.

Orders will be shipped within 24 business hours if the items are in stock. If the products are out of stock, we will notify you immediately and you may choose to cancel the order.

www.KuChaTea.com does not process an order on weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and or on a holiday will be processed during the following business day.

For international shipments, additional shipping costs may be charged at the time of shipping, if the charged shipping cost is lower than the actual, and or if additional tariff needs to be paid.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made before shipping. Please call 303.351.9215 and have your order number ready.

Returns

All products can be refunded by returning the products in the original condition within 30 days of purchase. Products are not subjected to refunds after being used or damaged. www.KuChaTea.com has the right to determine whether the product is eligible to refund. Upon approval, your purchases will be refunded, and a confirmation letter will be sent via email. The whole process may take up to 5 business days after receiving the returned items. If the return invalidates the free shipping benefit, Ku Cha has the right to charge the original shipping fee upon issuing refund.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, www.KuChaTea.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order on a product that is incorrectly priced, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ku Cha House of Tea shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price.

Although Internet online processing generates an automated confirmation and response via e-mail, www.KuChaTea.com may make changes on pricing, product descriptions, and/or specifications after the order confirmation and prior to product shipment. Such changes are intended to cope with situations including, but not limited to, corrections to errors, changing market conditions, discontinuation and/or unavailability of products. Ku Cha House of Tea reserves the right to limit and prohibit any sale at its discretion.
