Gong Fu Tray

Gong Fu Cha (工夫茶) means "to make tea with skilled effort." The Chinese tea ceremony is the best way to slow down and appreciate every facet of the tea. One of the tools used in gong fu is the tea tray. Because some of the hot water is discarded during the brewing process, the trays are specially designed to capture and drain the excess water.
