Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water. Add milk and sugar to taste.
If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.
If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3-4 minutes.
For a traditional Chai experience try brewing a 4-6 serving stovetop batch;
Boil three cups of water in a pot. Add 6 tablespoons tea and spice mix to the boiling water. Simmer for five minutes. Add three cups of your favorite milk and sweeten to taste. Simmer an additional five minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy!
