Tai Ping Hou Kui, or “Monkey King Tea from TaiPing County” in Chinese, has a distinct appearance, with long, flat leaves. Coming from AnHui Province, Eastern China, it was a golden medal winner in the 1915 World Expo. Beyond its beauty, the tea is delightfully complex with lingering sweetness and subtle melon fruity notes.

Basic preparation;
Use about 3-5 leaves of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes with 175° Fahrenheit and let the leaves slink into the water like spagetthi.
If you are interested in a lighter brew try using 2 leaves.
