Mountain Mist is a premium green tea from Mountain Meng, an ancient tea mountain from Northern Sichuan Province. A tea with great cultural significance, this tea was recorded as the best tea by tea saint Lu Yu in the first tea book "Cha Jing", or "The Classic Book of Tea" back in the 10th century in Tang Dynasty. This tea brews misty, sweet, and fragrant, reminiscent of morning dew dropping from pine trees on the top of Mountain Meng.

Basic preparation;
For this tea we recommend a cold rinse by pouring cool water over the dry leaves. Discard the water and brew. Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes with 150° Fahrenheit.
If you are interested in a lighter brew try using 1 teaspoon.
If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3 minutes.
