The top grade Keemun tea from An Hui Province in eastern China. Ho Ya, or Monkey Picked, is used to describe the very young and slim tea sprouts. These young sprouts are brimming with essential oils and aromatics yeilding a flavorful brew. The leaves are twisted, rolled and very fine. This tea is smooth and bright with a sweet, rich, and lingering finish. This is a perfect tea for any time of day.
Basic preparation;
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping with 2 teaspoons of tea.
