Shui Jin Gui, or Golden Water Turtle, is one of the four famous Rock Oolongs produced from Niulanken Canyon in Wuyi Mountain - the thick branches of the tea bushes mimic the pattern of turtle’s shell, hence the name. It is known for strong lasting fragrance reminiscent of winter plum blossoms and rich, sweet, and yet refreshing flavors.
