Our house blended Firefly Chai is meant to be prepared in a traditional Indian method by boiling with milk and sugar on the stovetop. In preparing the tea this way we can experience the richness that can only come from boiling the milk and tea together. This brew has much depth, with flavors of vanilla and cardamom in perfect harmony with black tea and milk.
Chai Brewing Instructions
(4-6 Servings)
1. Boil three cups of water in a pot.
2. Add all of the tea and spice mix to the boiling water.
3. Simmer for five minutes.
4. Add three cups of your favorite milk and sweeten to taste.
5. Simmer an additional five minutes.
6. Strain the tea and enjoy!

This tea can also be prepared as a concentrate by just boiling the tea and water, then refrigerating the concentrate to be added to milk later.
