This very special Ceylon tea is from New Vithanakande Estate, near the world famous Sinharaja rain forest in southern Sri Lanka. The delicate, small, tippy leaves produce a rich, aromatic cup with chocolaty note and lingering sweet aftertaste. Very smooth and silky. This tea brewa cup slightly darker and richer than a traditional ceylon. It is one of the finest black teas in the world.
Instructions:
Basic preparation;
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping with 2 teaspoons of tea.
