Bancha (Organic)
An everyday Japanese green tea that is both pleasant and healthy. Bancha comes from the second harvest of Sencha. Though its later harvest makes it a lower grade than Sencha, it is still a pleasant green tea with an mild flavor. Because of its health benefits, it is often consumed as part of the Macrobiotic diet.
Instructions:
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes with 175 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try using 1 teaspoon.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3 minutes.
