Basic guidelines;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3-4 minutes.

For a cold preparation;
For a fast preparation, brew two to three teaspoons of tea per eight ounces of water. Steep for two minutes and pour over one cup of ice.
For a no ice method, brew the tea with 2-3 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz of water for two to three minutes. Let the tea cool before placing it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
