Pumpkin Pie Rooibos White Hot Chocolate

Create the hot chocolate of your dreams—only use white chocolate instead of milk or dark, and infuse hot milk with our Pumpkin Pie Rooibos tea. It will become a new family favorite! Think of this as pumpkin pie in a mug—creamy, spiced, and softly sweet, with real tea depth.

In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk or oat milk to just below a simmer. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of Pumpkin Pie Blend and steep for 7–8 minutes. Strain, then return the infused milk to the pan. Gently reheat until steaming (not boiling), then whisk in 1 ounce of white chocolate until fully melted and smooth. Sweeten with a drizzle of maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Pour into a cozy mug, top with softly whipped cream, and dust with spice. It’s a luscious dessert drink—holiday comfort at its peak.
