Milk Oolong Panna Cotta
Make this creamy, floral and subtly tea-kissed panna cotta to punctuate any meal—especially during autumn.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 tsp Milk Oolong tea
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian)
- Fresh berries and honey for topping
Method:
- Heat cream + milk until steaming. Remove from heat, add tea, steep 10 minutes. Strain.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Bloom gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water, then whisk into warm cream mixture.
- Pour into ramekins, chill 4+ hours until set.
- Serve with drizzle of honey and fresh berries.
