Be Happy Rooibos Iced Tonic
During those dog days of summer, also known as, simply, “late summer” in China (it’s considered a fifth season in the country), we especially enjoy sipping iced elixirs from our vast catalogue of herbal teas. This one goes down awfully easy, and thanks to the rooibos helps immensely with keeping us hydrated.
- Brew 2 tsp of Be Happy Rooibos in 8 oz hot water for 5–7 minutes.
- Chill, then pour over ice.
- Top with sparkling water and a splash of lemon juice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
A lovely calm-bright drink for hot August days.
