Afternoon in the Aspens Digestive Spritzer

This cooling summer drink comes with gut-soothing benefits—a true tea-based drink with benefits.

Why it works: Licorice root, lemon verbena, and rosemary support digestion; sparkling water lightens it for hot weather

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed Afternoon in the Aspens (strong infusion — 2 tsp tea to 8 oz water)
  • ½ cup chilled sparkling water
  • 2–3 thin cucumber slices
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Brew tea and let cool completely.
  2. Pour over ice in a tall glass, add lemon juice and cucumber slices.
  3. Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and sip as a post-meal refresher.
