Summery Tuscan Groves Spritz

Here’s a winning idea for this summer—use some of our beautiful new Tuscan Grove herbal blend to create a summer spritz. Run with Prosecco for those who want sauce in their spritz. Skipping the booze and just sticking with seltzer or 1/2 seltzer, 1/2 sparkling cider for the fizz also makes a fine spritz. Happy summer!

Tuscan Groves Spritz

Makes 1 cocktail

For the cold-brew concentrate (makes ~4 servings):

  • 3 tablespoons loose Tuscan Groves herbal blend
  • 1 cup cold filtered water

Combine in a jar, cover, refrigerate 8–12 hours. Strain. Concentrate keeps 4–5 days in the fridge.

For the spritz:

  • 2 oz Tuscan Groves cold-brew concentrate
  • 3 oz dry prosecco (or Cava, or a dry alcohol-free sparkling wine or cider)
  • 1 oz soda water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lemon twist, a few fresh raspberries or blackberries, and — if you’ve got them — a sprig of lemon balm, a few rose petals, or a small lavender bud

Method: Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the tisane concentrate. Top with prosecco, then float the soda water on top. Stir once, gently — just enough to integrate. Twist the lemon peel over the glass to release the oils, drop it in, add berries and your floral garnish.
