Milk Oolong Panna Cotta

Make this creamy, floral and subtly tea-kissed panna cotta to punctuate any meal—especially during autumn.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tsp Milk Oolong tea
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian)
  • Fresh berries and honey for topping

Method:

  1. Heat cream + milk until steaming. Remove from heat, add tea, steep 10 minutes. Strain.
  2. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  3. Bloom gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water, then whisk into warm cream mixture.
  4. Pour into ramekins, chill 4+ hours until set.
  5. Serve with drizzle of honey and fresh berries.
