Afternoon in the Aspens Digestive Spritzer
This cooling summer drink comes with gut-soothing benefits—a true tea-based drink with benefits.
Why it works: Licorice root, lemon verbena, and rosemary support digestion; sparkling water lightens it for hot weather
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed Afternoon in the Aspens (strong infusion — 2 tsp tea to 8 oz water)
- ½ cup chilled sparkling water
- 2–3 thin cucumber slices
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Brew tea and let cool completely.
- Pour over ice in a tall glass, add lemon juice and cucumber slices.
- Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and sip as a post-meal refresher.
