Bring on the balance!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (makes 2 servings)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 teaspoons Enchanted Forest Green tea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup hot water (about 175\u00b0F, not boiling)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened if possible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup chilled coconut water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20132 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ice cubes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh cherries or lime slices, for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brew the tea<\/strong>: Steep the Enchanted Forest Green in hot water for 3\u20134 minutes. Strain and let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mix the base<\/strong>: In a shaker (or large jar with a lid), combine chilled tea, tart cherry juice, coconut water, lime juice, and honey (if using). Shake until well blended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serve<\/strong>: Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mixture over ice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garnish<\/strong>: Add a fresh cherry or a thin lime slice on the rim.
